# Order Procedure

**Ordering your favorite product on Apleefix eCommerce is very easy.**

You can easily order your favorite product by following the steps below.

## 1. Select Product

Enter the website and find the product of your choice.

Product:

* Image
* Price
* Size
* Color
* Quantity
* Description
* Other necessary information

Take a good look.

## 2. Add to Cart

If you like the product, click on the **“Add to Cart”** button.

If you want to buy multiple products, add other products to the Cart in the same way.

## 3. Verify Cart

Go to the Cart and verify your selected products.

Check:

* Product Name
* Quantity
* Size/Color
* Product Price
* Delivery Charge
* Total Amount

If there is any mistake, change it before confirming the order.

## 4. Checkout

If all the information is correct, click on the **“Checkout”** button.

Then provide your Delivery Information.

## 5. Provide Correct Delivery Information

Provide correct information while placing the order:

* Customer Name
* Mobile Number
* Complete Delivery Address
* District
* Thana/Area
* Post Code (if required)
* Landmark (if required)

Providing correct Mobile Number is very important, because the Customer may be contacted for Order Confirmation and Delivery.

## 6. Select Payment Method

Select your preferred Payment Method from the Payment Method available on the Website.

For example:

* Cash on Delivery (COD)
* bKash
* Nagad
* Card Payment
* Online Payment
* Other Available Payment Method

Not all Payment Methods may be available for all products.

## 7. Confirm Order

After providing all the information correctly, click on the **“Place Order” / “Confirm Order”** button.

If the order is successfully completed, your Order ID/Order Number may be shown.

## 8. Order Confirmation

After receiving the order, our team can confirm the order by calling, SMS or other means on the mobile number you provided as per your requirement.

If it is not possible to contact the customer, the order processing may be delayed or canceled.

## 9. Order Processing

After the order is confirmed, the Seller/Our Team will collect and package the product and prepare it for delivery.

Due to stock availability or product processing, some orders may take additional time.

## 10. Order Delivery

Once the order is ready, the product will be sent to the address you provided through the designated Courier/Delivery Partner.

Normal Delivery Time:

* **Inside Dhaka:** 1–3 working days
* **Outside Dhaka:** 2–5 working days
* **Remote areas:** 3–7 working days

Delivery time may vary in special circumstances.

## 11. Receive the product

When the delivery person contacts you, accept the product properly.

If possible, check the condition of the product and packaging after receiving the product.

If there is a problem with the product, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.

## 12. If you want to cancel the order

If you want to cancel the order before delivery, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.

If the order has already been sent to the courier, cancellation may not be possible or there may be applicable Delivery/Return Charges.

## 13. Return or Replacement

In case of wrong product, damaged product or any other eligible problem, you can apply for Return, Replacement or Refund according to our **Return & Refund Policy**.

Before ordering, you must:

* Provide the correct Mobile Number
* Provide the complete and correct Address
* Verify the Size/Color/Quantity of the Product
* Verify the Total Price and Delivery Charge
* Re-check all the information before confirming the order
